GREEN TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE
NOTICE OF ADOPTION

On February 11, 2019, the Green Township Board of Trustees adopted Ordinance #2019-02 (Fire Department Cost Recovery Ordinance) which provides for the recovery and collection of fees for providing fire and rescue personnel, equipment, and services for certain fires and other emergencies pertaining to utility companies.
