Green Township is accepting bids for a pavilion to be built behind the Twp. Hall on M-32. Please review bid specifications at www.greentownshipmi.org or you may request a copy from Green Township Clerk at 989-379-2398. The Township would like this pavilion
completed as soon as possible so please include a start and completion date in
your bid proposal.
BID SPECIFICATIONS
The pavilion will be 24′ x 32′ x 8′. 6″ x 6″ pressure treated posts with footing pad and concrete around the post, double 2″ x 12″ carriers (all the way around) with 2″ x 6″ bottom fillers, roof trusses at 24″ centers with 12″ overhangs, 1/2″ OSB roof and gable sheathing, roof steel and proper trims, aluminum soffit and fascia, vinyl siding on gables, and 1/2″ OSB on the ceiling. 4″ concrete floor with wire mesh and sealer, appropriate sand base, site work and permit costs must be included. Anything else as an option, please list separately with price. Work must be completed in 2014 and completion date will be a significant determinate of a successful bid. BIDS MUST BE SEALED and mailed to Green Township Clerk, Melony Sumerix 2650 Calcut Road, Lachine, MI 49753. The bids must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 30, 2014.
